Let's say you've just returned from the traditional "Demo ride".  Once your salesperson lures you into the "Box" , he systematically structures your offer then he phones the "Desk".  Can you guess what they're saying about you?  Well you better find out before you go into a dealership because not knowing how to speak their "Encrypted" language can cost you thousands!
